Well, in the latest issue, we're looking at how you motivate your people through through chaos.

And look, I know that there is nothing more than chaos as being number one on organizations priority at the minute.

There is so much change, chaos and uncertainty.

It can seem difficult for us to actually make our people feel like they're connected to the challenges and opportunities that they're facing.

That's what this newsletter focuses on.

There are very many softer things that helps a person feel connected to the work that they're doing, even if they are going through an awful lot at home or at work.

Little summary of some of my travel.

Recently I've been in Jersey with Merc, one of our biggest clients.

For many, many years.

Merk has been a great, great partner.

They built some of our prosthetic hands and if you'd like to get involved in that, then Drop Me a Line hosted a virtual event for one of our clients in Edinburgh.

For that one, we actually brought an entire TV studio to their office, hosted it with a live studio audience.

It was so much fun and a great way to make your people feel connected.

Cde an incredibly successful business in Ireland.

I got to host their Kickoff Annual Kickoff.

That was a lot of fun.

Visited our friends at atc.

They helped us get involved in one of our philanthropic team building programs.

And then an absolute huge, honor for me was to host the Pendulum Summit in Dublin with some of the biggest thought leaders in the world, including Brenny Brown, Rory Sutherland, Marc, Randolph, the original founder of Netflix.

It was so much fun.
